The intensity of swirl is adjustable. • STB - Staged Air Burner: the burner has additionally a tertiary air layer. The two centre air layers operates with substoichiometric combustion to reduce the NOx formation. The combustion will be finalized with the 3rd air layer. With the CS Burner we have the possibility to equip the burner with either twist and slidable gas lances along with a central gas distributor or to use a central gas sleeve tube. Moreover for even greater efficiency we can combine both versions. According the burner dimensions it is possible to use (from 1-3) liquid lances. CS ..... Carbon Steel SS ......
