To be a business that endures for generations we need to be responsible to the society, environment and our own growth. We are planting a jungle in Udaipur with thousands of trees to work towards a greener tomorrow.

Today, more than 60 per cent of our factory workers are women. We recruit and train women from tribal areas to become skilled workers for the manufacturing industry. Women work at all levels in our organisation.

We have worked for years in our local communities, helping children retain their natural curiosity and improving their learning experiences, through a mixture of scientific experiments, games, art camps and teacher training events. We have cultivated a vibrant volunteering programme for all our staff.
