ElectricGAMESA ELECTRIC SERVICES BROCHUREBasic: Inverter Factory Guarantee- 5 years full guarantee according to factory full guarantee conditions- First level training in our factoryLevel 1: Guarantee Extension (spare parts)You have technicians in your company with sufficient know-how who wantto be trained to repair the inverter. All you need is availability of componentsfrom Gamesa. With this module, you will ensure that you have the spareparts you need to repair the inverter throughout the life of your PV plant.When a fault occurs, we will help you from Gamesa to make a gooddiagnosis of the problem. We will also give you a second level trainingcourse at our factory, to enable you to repair the inverter faster and moreefficiently.You will also benefit from access to future improvements to the spareparts of the inverter.- Stock in our factory of sufficient spare parts throughout the contract- Second level training at our factory- Access to the Gamesa website monitoring your PV plant- Monitoring of the inverter by Gamesa technical staff to help diagnosethe problem.- Provide spare parts according to the particular fault covered by theguarantee- Access to improvements in spare parts for the inverters- Guarantee extension contract up to the 25 years' expected life ofthe inverter.Level 2: Guarantee Extension (full warranty)You want to be sure to have the factory guarantee throughout the life of yourPV plant. With this module, you will have the factory full guarantee conditionsthroughout the life of your PV plant. Gamesa will be responsible for repairingthe inverter on site, with the necessary spare parts.From Gamesa we will help you make a good diagnosis of the fault. We will alsogive you a first level training on site and a second level training course at thefactory.You will also benefit from access to future improvements in the spare partsand their implementation on the inverter.- Stock in our factory of sufficient spare parts throughout the contract- Corrective maintenance on site- Report on the corrective maintenance- First level training on site- Second level training at our factory- Access to the Gamesa website monitoring your PV plant- Monitoring of the inverter by Gamesa technical staff to help diagnose theproblem- Provide spare parts according to the particular fault covered by the guarantee- Access to improvements in the spare parts and sub-systems of the inverters- Guarantee extension contract up to the 25 years' expected life of theinverterModule RT: reaction timeWe guarantee that our technical support staff will be atyour PV plant to repair the inverter on site within 48or 24 working hours of us being informed of the fault.- Commitment to be on site to make the repairswithin 48 or 24 working hours- Second level training in our factory- Access to the Gamesa website monitoring yourPV plant- Monitoring of the inverter by Gamesa technicalstaff to help diagnose the problem- Guarantee extension contract up to the 25 years'expected life of the inverterThe Customer should have a stock of spare parts on siteModule RTC:reaction time + correctivemaintenanceWe guarantee that our technical support staff will be atyour PV plant within 48 or 24 working hours of us beinginformed that there is a fault and we will repair theinverter on site according to guarantee conditionsthroughout the life of your PV plant.From Gamesa we will also help you make a gooddiagnosis of the fault. We will also give you a secondlevel training course at the factory.- Commitment to be on site to make the repairswithin 48 or 24 working hours- Corrective maintenance on site- Report on the maintenance on site- Second level training at our factory- Access to the Gamesa website monitoring yourPV plant- Monitoring of the inverter by Gamesa technicalstaff to help diagnose the problem- Guarantee extension contract up to 25 years'expected life of the inverterThe Customer should have a stock of spare parts on siteModule MPF: full preventive maintenanceThis module helps prevent possible faults and prolongs the life and quality of life of the inverter:- Thorough inspection and maintenance of inverters on site in terms of cleaning, checking thestate and tightening of mechanical devices, temperature checks, control card checks andadjustments if necessary.- Replacement of consumables when necessary (fans, filters, etc)- Extensive report with results and proposals for possible improvementsModule MA98: availability 98%You want to assure an availability guarantee of the inverters without having to worry about theirmaintenance. You want to be able to forget about maintenance while remaining assured that themachines are producing with a 98% availability guarantee throughout the life of your PV plant- 98% plant availability guarantee- Financial compensation to reach availability commitment- Access to the Gamesa website monitoring your PV plantIf you are not installing Gamesa's SCADA monitoring system, another form of access to the inverterwill be required if you wish to contract the Guarantee Extensions and Services Modules.Check the conditions of the Guarantee Extensions and Services Modules with Gamesa Electric.Gamesa Wind Turbines Pvt.
