Siglent - Model SDS2000X HD Series - 12 bit High Resolution Oscilloscopes
With the SDS2000X-HD Siglent enhances the commen oscilloscope ADC resolution of 8 bit to true 12 bit. This makes resolution accuracy 16 times higher than on common 8-bit oscilloscopes and shows more signal details. The oscilloscopes have bandwidths up to 350 MHz, upgradeable to 500 MHz1). Other partly standard or optional features are MSO-capability (mixed-signal/logic analyzer), a built-in arbitraty waveform generator, 2-Mpts hardware-accelerated FFT, Bode plot function, serial bus trigger and decode (many as standard, additional ones as software options), and more. The wide and clear 10.1"/25.65 cm TFT LCD with multi-touch gesture touch screen makes the devices easy-to-use.
- High sampling rate with 12-bit ADCs (enhanced resolution to 15 bit). Resolution accuracy 16 times higher than on common 8-bit oscilloscopes.
- Front ends with lower noise floor: 70 µVRMS at 500 MHz bandwidth and 0.5% DC gain accuracy.
- "Cleaner"/"clearer" waveform display showing more signal details and allowing more accurate waveform measurements.
- 100 MHz, 200 MHz, or 350 MHz bandwidth, upgradeable to 500 MHz1).
- 100,000 Wfms/s waveform capture rate.
- Deep record length of 200 Mpts.
- Automatic measurements on more than 50 parmeters.
- History waveform playback.
- Mixed-signal (MSO) function.
- Additional features and options: Bode plot; hardware-accelerated FFT up to 2 Mpts; power analysis; serial bus trigger and decode.
- 10.1"/25.65 cm TFT LCD with capacitive multi-touch gesture touch screen.
- Interfaces: USB Host and Device, Ethernet/LAN.
- Built-in web-server supports remote control.
