The AL91A2 wind turbine blade, developed by Aeolon, represents a sophisticated engineering feat in wind energy technology. With a blade length of 91 meters and designed under IEC S standards, it exhibits a maximum chord length of 4.8 meters and a pre-bending of 6.5 meters. The blade's mass totals 23.7 tons excluding T-bolts, which add an additional 615 kilograms. The center of mass is positioned at a radius of 25.876 meters. Structured to last for 20 years, the blade is constructed from E/H-glass reinforced epoxy. Operationally, it is equipped for a rated power of 5.x MW, a rotor diameter of 185 meters with three blades, and is capable of pitchable and variable-speed power control.
