Air Intake Systems for Gas Turbine and Compressor Stations
Air intake systems for cleaning the combustion air of gas turbines, cleaning the cooling air of acoustic hoods as well as air compressors and ventilation systems are developed, designed and supplied by us specifically for your project. Naturally, if requested we also handle the installation - and that worldwide. We supply solutions for all types of filter systems which can be used under all environmental conditions, meeting additional specifications such as acoustic requirements.
Static suction filters
A static suction filter system comprises bag filters, fine filters and, in addition, weather-protection hoods, droplet separators, bird protection screens, anti-icing systems, inertia separators, control systems for monitoring the pressure loss of the filter systems, bypass dampers and louvre dampers, roller shutters and other additional components.
Self-cleaning pulse filter systems
A self-cleaning pulse filter system consists of weather protection hoods, droplet separators and single-stage pulse filter elements. According to the requirement it can additionally be equipped with highly efficient safety filters. The necessary components for compressed air cleaning comprise compressed air accumulators, valves, burners and pulse control.
