Arimatic - Model 151 -Bio Heating Automation Systems
Ariterm bio heating systems are controlled by Arimatic control center, which can be equipped with multiple extensions according to the operator’s needs. Arimatic control centers differ by the capacity of the controlled device. Administration is implemented using Siemens’ programming logic with user friendly touch screen interface. The touch screen size can be selected from three different variants: 4.3″, 7″ and 10″. All heating centers manufactured by Ariterm since 2009 can be equipped with a remote access system that allows the device to be monitored and controlled from anywhere, anytime.
Control center for small bio heating systems
Arimatic 151 control center is suitable for smaller, 40-150 kW bio heating systems equipped with a HakeJet, BioJet or MultiJet burner.
The center has a default control function for a feeding screw, storage screw, primary and secondary fan (EC fans), flue gas fan, BioComp boiler sweeper and heat exchanger pump.
Additional control functions can be installed for bar discharger, pulse extinguishing system, rotary feeder, boiler mixing pump, automatic ignition, ash screws (1-2 pcs), MultiJet burner, cooling pump for BioJet burner, heating circuit control and accumulator use. The center can also be equipped with UPS battery back-up, GSM text message alarm system, residual oxygen measuring, flue gas temperature measurement, container kit and silo low level guard.
