Atmos - Model A85 -Pellet Burners
Burner output: 24 – 80 kW. The Burner ATMOS A45 pellet burner is intended only for Good quality pellets without bark with 6 – 8 mm diameter, 5 - 25 mm lenght and 16 - 19 MJ.kg-1 caloric power (white pellets). The adventage of this burner is automatic ignitron pellets by ignition spiral which fires up the pellet when ever is needed.
For this reason the basic version of ATMOS burner A85 is equipped with pneumatic cleaning which cleanses the burner`s combustion chamber after every burn out or at regular intervals.Thanks to pneumatic cleaning you can check or clean the burner`s combustion chamber only once in a fortnight or a month.
Burner A85 contains the same features as smaller burners ATMOS A25 and A45.
The boiler D80P with burner A85 must always be installed with a buffer tank of minimal volume 1000 l. In such system we use program of the burner controlling it in accordance with two temperatures (sensors) on the buffer tank.
An essential part of the burner are conveyors, which are produced in various lengths from 1,5 to 5 m. For Burners A25 are shaftless conveyors DA and for burners A45/A85 shaft conveyors DRA.
Systems on pellets we recommended for you always engage with buffer (acuumulation) tank capacity from 500 to 1000 liters. This connection allows you to control the burner using two sensors TV and TS on the buffer tank and saving you fuel, elekctic energy and increase the life of the pellet burner.
