Generator Dokogen boilers are characterized with a special chamber which is on both sides laid with special ceramic shaped parts, with primary air inlets in the lower section and with ceramic nozzle and in lower chamber with spherical ceramic parts. Rear flue duct is equipped with a tubular heat exchanger.

The boilers are constructed for burning wood on the principle of generator gasifying with the use of a gas exhaust ventilator (S), which withdraws the combustion gases from the boiler, or leads air into the boiler.

The boilers are constructed for burning wood and coal (lignite) on the principle of generator gasifying with the use of a gas exhaust ventilator, which withdraws the combustion gases from the boiler. The boiler body is produced as a weldment of 3 - 8 mm steel sheets. The boiler consists of two chambers, one placed upon the other. The upper chamber makes up the fuel container, and the lower one, combustion chamber and ash collector. Between the two chambers, a new, rotating, patent protected grate is placed. The grate ensures perfect combustion of coal, wood, or a combination thereof, as well as simple cleaning.

Non-gasification boilers are meant for burning wood on basic principle of burning without suction fan. The body of the boiler is made of sheet plates 6 – 3mm thickness. It´s feeding chamber is in the inner lower part equiped by moving grate with holes for primary air inlet and for easier ash removing. Under the grate is an ash-pan serving for easy and comfortable ash removing. The power output is controlled by the draught regulation Honeywell FR124. Which controls the primary air inlet flap. The flue way is fitted with a waste gas throttling flap.

Gasification boilers with a built-in ATMOS A25 / A45 burner for pellets in the upper doors are an interesting solution intended for all boilers up to an output of 40 kW / 50 kW (DC50S), equipped with an exhaust fan (except the DCxxGD, DCxxGS, DCxxGSX models). 2018 Model of boilers with modification (from boiler serial number 327 700) are equiped: 2x module AD03, changeover switch, boiler temperature sensor - KTF 20, pump thermostat - 70 °C, output for the pump in boiler circuit. Boilers with modification for pellet burner are already supplied with two AD03 modules for controlling the exhaust fan of the boiler and pump in the boiler circuit. If these boilers are connected with a buffer tank, it is sufficient to purchase only two KTF 20 sensors (TV and TS) with a 5 m cable.

Burner output: 4,5 – 24 kW. The ATMOS A25 pellet burner is intended only for good quality pellets without bark with 6 – 8 mm diameter, 5 - 25 mm lenght and 16 - 19 MJ.kg-1 caloric power (white pellets). The adventage of this burner is automatic ignitron pellets by ignition spiral which fires up the pellet when ever is needed. The burner and boiler work for maximum output with efficiency 85 - 90 % and with the best quality of burning. Unlike the competitive products which can not automaticaly ignite and they only keep a hot layer which causes operation for lower output with a low waste gas temperature below 100 °C. Such opeation causes condensation of tar and acids in the burning chamber and chimney, lower effectivity, higher consumption, lower quality of burning, higher emissions and more often cleaning. By our products we clean the ash from the boiler in 7 - 30 days depending on type of fuel and output of the boiler.

Burner output: 8,5 – 49 kW.  ATMOS A45 pellet burner is intended only for good quality pellets without bark with 6 – 8 mm diameter, 5 - 25 mm lenght and 16 - 19 MJ.kg^-1 caloric power (white pellets). The adventage of this burner is automatic ignitron pellets by ignition spiral which fires up the pellet when ever is needed. The burner is not suitable to burn dark pellets which can cause clinkering. In such case it is needed to clean the burning chamber in period 1 - 3 days and you lose the comfort of such heating.

Burner output: 24 – 80 kW. The Burner ATMOS A45 pellet burner is intended only for Good quality pellets without bark with 6 – 8 mm diameter, 5 - 25 mm lenght and 16 - 19 MJ.kg-1 caloric power (white pellets). The adventage of this burner is automatic ignitron pellets by ignition spiral which fires up the pellet when ever is needed.

DA1500, DA2000, DA2500, DA3000, DA4000. Auger pellet conveyor DA1500 with lenght 1,5 m, Ø 75 mm (gearbox 25 W) code: H0151. This conveyor is specified only for boilers where the burner is on the sides - D14P, D21P, D25P, D15P, D20P, DCxxSP. This conveyor is not intended for boilers with modification for pellet burner.
