Ba Jie - Rotary Heat Exchanger Flexible Seal Brush for Energy Recovery Wheels
Rotary heat exchanger brush is made by yarn and PVC bottom, and the main application is installing on Thermal Wheel for sealing purpose. This Rotary Heat Exchanger Seal Brush—also known as a Thermal Wheel Seal Brush or Energy Recovery Wheel Seal Brush—is for sealing around the circumference of rotary heat exchangers. It can minimize air leakage between the rotor and housing, thereby improving thermal efficiency and overall energy recovery performance.

The seal brush is composed of two main components:
- Flexible PVC Profile
It features pre-slotted mounting holes for quick adjustment. - High-Density Yarn with Elastic Fin
The yarn is stitched along its length and divided by a transparent elastic fin in the center.
The yarn material is available in silicone-treated polyester for water resistance, and includes 2% UV protection, making it suitable for long-term use in HVAC systems.

Pre-slotted mounting holes on the PVC profile allow for precise and adjustable installation on circular housings. - Water-Resistant Silicone Yarn

The material contains 2% UV stabilizer to resist degradation in light-exposed environments. - Customizable Stitching
Yarn stitching can be adjusted or removed upon request, depending on application needs. - Customizable Seal Range
Normally between 11mm to 23mm, making it suitable for various equipment models.

Installation Tip:
To extend the product’s service life and prevent yarn from unraveling, we recommend lightly burning both ends of the yarn with a lighter at the start and end of installation. This helps fuse the fibers and keeps the brush structure intact over time.
