The Ballast flat roof mounting system, model CR06-1, is designed for ease of installation with minimal components, including a Z bracket, mid clamp, and end clamp. Composed of steel, this system also offers customizable wind protection. It is compatible with all panel sizes and orientations, making it an ideal choice for commercial projects due to its cost-effectiveness. The system accommodates flat concrete rooftops, made from HDG steel and anodized aluminum. It employs a ballasted foundation with tilt angles of 5°, 10°, and 15° and supports custom panel arrays. Wind loads up to 45m/s and snow loads up to 1.4 KN/M2 can be managed. It adheres to standards like ASCE7-10, EN 1990:2002/A1:2005 Eurocode, and AS 1170, ensuring durability with a 15-year warranty.
