I. Product Overview
belt scale is a kind of metering equipment for continuous automatic weighing of materials in the process of conveying solid bulk materials by belt conveyor. It can measure the instantaneous and cumulative flow of material passing through the belt conveyor without interrupting the material flow.
II.The scope of application
Applicable to coal mines, coal preparation plants, power plants, steel mills, chemical plants, cement plants and ports, terminals and other places where there is measurement needs.
III.Composition
1. Scale frame: transfer the force from the belt load to the load cell;
2. Load cell: convert the belt load into an integrator acceptable electrical signal;
3, speed sensor: The belt speed is converted into a pulse signal that the integrator can accept.
4, belt scale instrumentation: processing from the speed sensor and load cell signal, given the instantaneous flow, speed and cumulative amount.
