Henan Doing - Model DY-T-1,3,5 -Biochar Production Equipment
On October 9, 2025, DOING signs a contract with a Ghana client for a 5-ton biochar production equipment, supporting their biomass waste processing and carbon sequestration goals after a successful July 3,2025 site visit. We are happy to share that on October 9, 2025, DOING signed a contract with Ghana client for a 5-ton biochar production line. This Ghana customer works in biomass processing and runs several projects across Africa. They needed a carbonization solution to handle different kinds of biomass waste. After comparing options, they chose DOING biochar production equipment.
This client visited our factory on July 3,2025. During their visit, they saw our workshop and manufacturing process. Our factory covers a large area and has a professional team building biochar production equipment. We showed them our biomass carbonization furnace—using high-quality steel and reliable submerged arc welding. After welding, we perform ultrasonic testing on all welds to make sure every part is strong and safe. This helps prevent leaks and extends the machine’s working life.
The client was especially interested in the quality of biochar they can produce. They want to make stable, high-quality biochar that can be used as a carbon sink. We explained how our machine works and shared test data with them. We also talked about how the machine can fit into their current projects and help them earn carbon credits. They felt confident in our solution and were satisfied with what they saw.
Ghana has large amounts of biomass such as coconut shells, palm kernel shells, wood chips, and rice husks. Our biochar production equipment can process all these materials. To give them a clearer picture, we shared successful cases from our customers in other countries. We talked about our projects in Malaysia (palm kernel shells), Thailand (coconut shells), and Brazil (rice husks/sugarcane waste). Seeing how our machines work well with similar materials in different parts of the world helped the Ghana client understand how the equipment could be adapted for their local materials in West Africa.
With more than 14 years of experience, DOING has supplied biochar production equipment to many countries including Malaysia, Thailand, and Brazil. We understand different types of biomass and can provide practical solutions.
We are thankful for the trust from our Ghana client. We will make sure this biochar production line is built well, delivered on time, and supported fully. We look forward to helping more customers worldwide turn biomass waste into valuable charcoal resources and protect the environment.
