The new generation of the BMK (biomass converter) is characterised by a long service life under demanding everyday conditions. The hopper, made from high grade stainless steel, is exceptionally robust and generously sized. This, together with the automatic ignition, ensures a high level of user convenience.
QUALITY ENSURES CONVENIENCE
The stainless steel version, designed for temperatures in excess of 1000 °C in the ember bed and combustion temperatures above 1400 °C, provides unique combustion quality. This means that wood of varying quality can be used, an attribute which, combined with a large hopper of up to 166 or 215 litre capacity, ensures a high level of convenience. An automatic ignition system further serves to meet all requirements regarding operational convenience.
Combustion Module
The technological "heart" of the BMK has stood the test of time in thousands of applications. The latest generation has been further optimised and now offers unbeatable reliability.The adjacent diagram shows the horizontally arranged dual combustion zones. This concept forms the basis for the exceedingly tolerant burnout characteristics of the BMK.
Touch operation
In the latest generation of BMK system controls, all operating options are clearly configured. A well designed casing with reliable touchscreen display makes operation straightforward.
Automatic Ignition
Automatic ignition technology allows the BMK to heat independently – it ignites the fuel automatically, as and when required. Our log wood gasification boilers provide a high level of convenience, as the hopper can be recharged when time allows, no matter whether the system is operational or not. Continuous recharging is a thing of the past thanks to the large hopper (166 – 215 litres) and the corresponding buffer management.
