The Energy Kinetics boiler design combines heat and hot water into one unit.
Energy Kinetics’ hot water tank uses a high-performance plate heat exchanger to heat the tank from the top down. This allows heat remaining in the boiler to be transferred to the tank. The result: our tanks finish hot and fully charged, and the boiler finishes “cool” with no heat wasted.
This vastly outperforms indirect tanks and tankless coil boilers – and there are no studs to break or gaskets to leak. In addition, our high performance Sealix® non-stick coated plate heat exchangers have a corrosion proof barrier against hard water fouling and scaling that’s durable even under extreme temperatures and pressures.
THE SYSTEM

The engineers at Energy Kinetics have deconstructed every component of the conventional cast iron boiler. During this process, they developed a superior design and utilized high-quality materials to create a much higher efficiency unit that produces more hot water for longer periods of time. When compared with wall-hung units and other combi boilers, System 2000 is not only much more robust, but it also has a longer life expectancy. This longer life expectancy is due to the elimination of fouling from tiny flue and water passes common in combi boilers. With dozens of improvements over traditional boilers, it is easy to see why it outlasts and outperforms the competition. These improvements include, but are not limited to, the following:
