Cirris Easy-Touch - Model Pro -High Voltage Cable Tester
The high-voltage tester Easy-Touch Pro is a powerful standalone unit that can also be seamlessly integrated into a manufacturing process for consistent and accurate testing. The Cirris Easy-Touch Pro offers advanced testing capabilities for low and high-voltage cables, as well as components like diodes, resistors, capacitors, and twisted pairs—all in a portable and affordable design. It features a capacitive touchscreen and interchangeable test adapters, with the Easy-Wire interface supporting program creation, editing, and testing. Advanced functionalities include switch testing and customizable high-voltage parameters. Test results, measured values, serial numbers, and custom inputs are stored in a searchable database. Options for automatic printing or exporting enable seamless creation and printing of test reports and labels. The Easy-Touch Pro can also be configured as an automation controller with the optional AST software.
Accurate High Voltage Testing
The Easy-Touch Pro tests beside low voltage cable also for high voltage dielectric withstand (DW) and insulation resistance (IR) up to 1500 VDC (2000 VDC and 1000 VAC optional).
The independent system is able to move around the production floor to different test stations. The 10.4” full-color touch-screen display accesses the integrated Windows PC.
The device tests for continuity, isolation, resistors, diodes, capacitors, split twisted pairs, and performs 4-wire resistance measurements. It detects errors on opens and shorts.
With additional test points through expansion boxes in 128 point increments, the Cirris Easy-Tough Pro tests up to a maximum of 1024 test points.
The Easy-Tough Pro onnects to your interface cables with the Cirris interchangeable adapters that are available in a wide range common connector types.
