With a processing speed of up to 380 rpm, the smallest stationary taping unit KTHB Smart is ideal for the prototype production of wire harnesses with long branches. The KTHB Smart is an efficient taping device that works more than twice as fast as manual taping. It combines efficiency and precision with easy handling. After inserting the cable, the machine is controlled by a foot pedal. An electric brake fixes the winding head so the tape is safely cut at the integrated cutting device. The compact tabletop machine is immediately ready to use. Installation and operation are remarkably simple, and the unit can be operated in various working positions without extensive training. The open winding head makes handling much easier and ensures time-saving processes. In prototype production and for smaller quantities, KTHB Smart is the ideal machine.

The IRDC-2000 is a digital control unit designed to manage the heating process of infrared shrinking appliances – optional with two channels to control two different appliances. The two-channel version of the IRDC-2000 digital control unit allows for independent control of two different infrared shrinking appliances. The device offers a software-controlled controller with a user-friendly touchscreen interface for easy operation. The software allows the user to fully customize programs and offers try-out parameters in a test mode. During the heating process, the production status can be monitored for efficient quality control. Additionally, the device can be connected to a network for remote access, enabling users to configure and operate the unit from a remote location. The foot pedal switch is available as an optional accessory for hands-free operation.

Cirris - Advanced Low and High-Voltage Harness Tester

The low- and high-voltage harness tester, Cirris CH2, supports testing up to 1500 VDC and 1070 VAC. It can be expanded to 100,000 test points for increased throughput. The advanced CH2 tester can expand to up to 100,000 test points in 156-point increments. Its compact base and expansion chassis each hold up to 800 test points. Automatic low-voltage pretests detect errors before high-voltage testing begins. The CH2 is ideal for intricate wire assemblies with electrical components. It tests passive components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and switches. With the optional Energization Unit, it can also perform functional testing of active components like relays and sensors. Powered by Easy-Wire® software, the CH2 simplifies assembly and troubleshooting with visual connector images and step-by-step prompts.

The low- and high-voltage tester Cirris 4250 ensures accurate testing of opens, shorts, miswires, and other errors It is expandable from 128 test points up to 1024 points in 128-point increments. The Cirris 4250 cable tester elevates cable testing with advanced features for both low- and high-voltage applications. Building on the capabilities of the Cirris 4200, it incorporates the intuitive Cirris OS software and Cirris Adapter System, delivering precise analysis of opens, shorts, miswires, and other errors. Its compact design makes it perfect for benchtop setups, while the 7″ color capacitive touchscreen and wired/wireless Ethernet connectivity ensure user-friendly operation and flexibility. It features a capacitive touchscreen and interchangeable test adapters, with the Easy-Wire interface supporting program creation, editing, and testing. Advanced functionalities include switch testing and customizable high-voltage parameters. Test results, measured values, serial numbers, and custom inputs are stored in a searchable database. Options for automatic printing or exporting enable seamless creation and printing of test reports and labels. The Easy-Touch Pro can also be configured as an automation controller with the optional AST software.

 

Cirris - High Voltage Test Point Rack Device

Developed for high voltage testing, the CT45-HV 3kV Rack device is a relay matrix rack with an upgraded CT45 controller designed to incorporate all CS WIN nx® functionalities. The combination of the CT45-HV 3kV Rack device with the CS WIN nx® testing software enables the integration of both low and high voltage technologies in a single application, providing full flexibility. The CT45-HV 3kV Rack device has a management capacity of up to 144 test points and can be combined with the LV test point card bus, making it more versatile. The system is capable of performing a wide range of measurements, including dielectric withstand, insulation test, 4-wire measurement, short-circuit, connection, component, leak, fiber optic attenuation, color detection, and B+ detection. In summary, the combination of the CT45-HV 3kV Rack device and CS WIN nx® testing software provides full flexibility for integrating both low and high voltage technologies in a single application.
