Cirris - Model CH2 -Advanced Low and High-Voltage Harness Tester
The low- and high-voltage harness tester, Cirris CH2, supports testing up to 1500 VDC and 1070 VAC. It can be expanded to 100,000 test points for increased throughput. The advanced CH2 tester can expand to up to 100,000 test points in 156-point increments. Its compact base and expansion chassis each hold up to 800 test points. Automatic low-voltage pretests detect errors before high-voltage testing begins. The CH2 is ideal for intricate wire assemblies with electrical components. It tests passive components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, and switches. With the optional Energization Unit, it can also perform functional testing of active components like relays and sensors. Powered by Easy-Wire® software, the CH2 simplifies assembly and troubleshooting with visual connector images and step-by-step prompts.
Expandable Options for more Test Points
Each unit accommodates up to 800 test points. The system is expandable to 100,000 points with additional units for easy distribution of multiple test units around a large project.
Additionally to its test assemblies with electrical components and multiple shields and its capablity of 4-wire Kelvin measurements, it tests active components such as relays.
The Cirris CH2 supports tests of voltages up to 1500 VDC / 1070 VAC. Optional external meters for expanded measurements can be integrated.
The Cirris CH2 is optionally available with a custom front panel connector interface. The device is easily rack-mounted for larger applications.
