From mining to processing, coal can be divided into different types of products such as raw coal, coal slime （slurry）, coal slag, lignite, coal peat, anthracite, coke, etc. They are usually have the problem of low calorific value, or unsuitable for transportation and storage. Thus, the drying is needed to upgrade the coal.The coal dryer produced by our company is mainly suitable for drying materials with high moisture, fine particle size and high viscosity. The drying temperature, pressure, air volume, and rotating speed are strictly controlled considering the different features of coal, and the different types of lifting devices, cleaning devices, and crushing devices inside the drum dryer can solve the problem of walls sticking during the drying process. Our coal dryer can reduce the moisture of raw coal from 25-40% to 12%, and the calorific value of final coal can be increased by 30-40%。
There are many lifting boards in the cylinder body. Through the rotation of the cylinder, lifting boards are driven to throw and spread the material continuously. Moreover, the striking device of the cylinder wall breaks the material again. The lifted material is fully in contact with the hot air coming from the air induction system to exchange heat, evaporate water, and discharged from the outlet.
