LK - Model LKVDE -Combustion Chamber
Our combustion chambers offer high efficiencies for a wide range of heating, painting and drying applications. In their industrial applications, heat exchangers are primarily used to transfer thermal energy between different material flows. In order to achieve this with the lowest possible use of primary energy and thus in a cost-optimized manner, LK Metallwaren offers special heat exchangers with high levels of efficiency for a variety of heating, painting and drying applications in three material combinations.
In the standard design, parts subject to heavy use (such as combustion chamber drums) are made of heat-resistant alloyed steel .
We offer combustion chambers made of heat-resistant alloyed steel or heat- and corrosion-resistant Cr-Ni steel in two special designs .
Special heat exchangers of the LKVDE type are designed (positioned horizontally or vertically) for installation in existing housings. In the standard version, they enable heating by 60 Kelvin at a maximum outlet temperature of +300 degrees Celsius .
If required, we can also provide our customers with combustion chambers with higher heating output, higher heating levels and additionally with customer-specific exhaust gas ducts.
