Weishaupt's WGL30-40 dual-fuel burners offer a secure and flexible heating solution, capable of operating on both gas and oil. With an output range from 240 to 1,875 MBTU/h, these burners ensure versatility in various applications. Featuring an optional Modbus/field bus expansion module, remote fuel changeover between gas and oil is seamless. Digital combustion management contributes to exemplary energy efficiency by adapting to the boiler's heat requirements. The burners are equipped with a standalone motor-driven oil pump that disconnects during gas operation to conserve energy and protect the pump. The electronically controlled air damper closes fully during shutdown to maintain the combustion chamber's temperature. These burners support modern fuels, including low-sulphur oil and bio-oil blends up to B10. Noise reduction is achieved through sound-attenuated air inlet housing, and the burners are manufactured using top-notch materials, ensuring durability and a favorable price-performance ratio. The integrated connection console simplifies installation and maintenance, while the digital combustion manager facilitates remote control, monitoring, and integration with building management systems.
