Cirris - Model 8100 -Compact Low-Voltage Harness Tester
With a compact and rugged design, the low-voltage tester Cirris 8100 supports up to 100,000 test points and tests complex wire assemblies as part of your production process. The 8100 low-voltage tester, powered by Easy-Wire® software, offers seamless integration into your production process. Supporting 256 to 100,000 test points, it efficiently tests complex wire assemblies, including electrical components. Operators can view connector images with target pin locations during assembly or rework, while graphic presentations and prompts simplify both the build process and troubleshooting. Its compact design ensures flexible placement on a workstation, harness board, or distributed alongside other units. Optional Digital IO, OPC UA, and API enable smooth integration with factory automation systems.
Compact Unit with Optional Expansions
The Cirris 8100 comes with standard 256 test points and is expandable to 100,000 points. Its small size makes it nonintrusive and easy to distribute around a larger device.
The harness tester supports flexible test assemblies and custom measurements , e.g. higher accuracy 4-wire Kelvin resistance, with components such as resistors, diodes, capacitors.
Graphical representations with visual and audio operator prompts simplify the build process and troubleshooting. The unit is also compatible with Cirris Smart-Lights®
Probes can be used to identify points and make resistance measurements. Wrist straps allow finger-touch identification of test points.
