Dado - Model GD1-R -Compact Rack-Mount Gas Dryer for Continuous Operation
Designed for rack mounting and continuous operation, the GD1-R is the conditioning system that ensures precise dew point control and complete protection of downstream analyzers. Its automatic control activates sampling only when the set point is reached, preventing unwanted condensation. Compliant with EN 15058:2017, it maintains a dew point below 4°C in the flow stream, regardless of incoming humidity. Dew point data can be integrated into PLC or other data acquisition systems for full process monitoring.
Thanks to its inverter-based compression system, the GD1-R dynamically adjusts cooling capacity in real time, leveraging a custom-designed heat exchanger for maximum efficiency across applications.
Compact and easy to integrate, it quickly replaces existing systems and guarantees reliability even with gas containing up to 40% humidity, making it ideal for harsh, high-moisture environments.
It features two configurable condensation modules, each operating independently to handle gases from separate circuits using a single compressor.
