Because of the precise air volume ratio, this device helps to achieve precise temperature control in the reactor.
This pyrolysis system adopts a three-stage condensation structure. The primary condenser removes heavy impurities from high-temperature oil gas. The secondary and tertiary condensers improve the oil gas recovery rate and collect different quality of pyrolysis oil in stages. Also, this condenser uses a self-cleaning system. It uses the oil pump to circulate the hot oil in the oil tank to flush the pipes in the condenser.
In the feeding system, the air in the sealed silo is replaced by ammonia with a purity of more than 95%. This design effectively prevents excessive air or oxygen entering the continuous feed and the reactor. In order to ensure the safety of workers and save pyrolysis time, the discharge system is equipped with automatic water cooling dischargers. The spiral water cooling system reduces the temperature of the carbon black to below 30 degrees. In addition, the screw seal discharger can prevent air from entering the flue. The whole discharging process is safe.
