CreChar - Model Site B -CreChar for Anaerobic Digestion Performance Enhancer

CreChar is designed to enhance anaerobic digestion performance by integrating seamlessly with existing operations. Delivered in 25 kg digestible bags, CreChar is added daily to the solid feed hopper without disrupting plant operations. Trials demonstrate a 4% reduction in feedstock costs and a 1% increase in methane concentration. It also reduces ammonia concentration by 5% compared to standard operations. CreChar supports stable plant performance by promoting efficient microbiology, and its use results in 57 tonnes of CO2e sequestered in soil through digestate. This can lead to an annual savings of £137k, potentially reaching £274k with increased dosing. CreChar ensures no adverse effects on digestate quality, meeting PAS 110 standards.
