This requires easy access to actual crane operating conditions - information not always readily available due to distance and time differences. To meet this challenge, MHI has developed Cyber Crane Condition Monitoring System. The System keeps MHI service team in close contact with customers and products. By connecting PLC on the cranes with MHI`s global IT network, the Cyber Crane Condition Monitoring System enables MHI personnel to access operational data from their desk. Technical advice and suggestions based on up-to-the-minute information can then be communicated to the customers over the Internet.
