BOFU - Dual Axis Solar Tracker for Efficient Solar Power Generation
BOFU's ODM of dual axis solar tracker is special made for solar power station using with reasonable cost, it takes several solar panels, easy to install on ground by concrete foundation, or earth anchor. The bracket is special design for small package, to save transportation charge.
The dual axis solar tracker is design for solar power staion, the self power consumption must low. The tracker was driven by dual axis slewing drive, which provide both azimuth rotation and pitch moving, save energy and easy to install.
The solar tracking bracket was made by carben steel Q235, with special made main beam, surface treatment is HDG, guarantee the safety of the whole tracking system, and long working life.
The solar tracker was equiped with wind speed sensor, it will test the wind speed in time, and when the wind speed exceed set value (generally 17m/s), the controller received the feedback and flat the panels to minimize th wind force area and keep the tracker safe in big wind.
The controller was the brain of the whole system, it will calculate the position of the sun in real time and control the motor rotation to tracking the sun all the daytime, flat the panels at night. The controller box was designed with tilt top to protect the box from rain. It also has key lock to avoid potential damage.
We use C type purlins to take solar panels, the special structure of the C purlins makes it light weight with heavy strength, HD galvanized surface to prevent rust.

Dual Axis Solar Tracker
The dual axis solar tracker is equipped with an astronomical algorithm controller, which determines the real-time position of the sun based on the longitude, latitude, and time of the region. The central post is driven by dual axis slewing drive to rotate horizontally, with a rotation angle of ± 120 °. Meanwhile, the beams rotate vertically with a rotation angle range from 0- 60 °, allowing real-time tracking of the sun’s position, ensuring that sunlight always shines vertically on the solar panel, achieving maximum power generation efficiency.
