A Carousel conveyor oven is a simple concept which saves valuable space and allows the product to be loaded and unloaded at the same spot. Industrial applications include polymerisation, drying, tempering, annealing, vulcanization, curing, preheating, heat treatment, stabilization, ageing. Carousel ovens have features such as 3 turntable levels and automatic opening of doors for loading by robot. They are used for various processes like forming of hoses on tools, preheating of electronic parts, and curing of resin on electronic parts.
