Flash Battery products are designed so they don’t require any maintenance. In fact, the technology of our lithium batteries provides an electronic balancing system which keeps the battery performance balanced and gets rid of the need for any routine maintenance.  

If special maintenance is required, the battery’s internal architecture and high-power balancing enable personnel to service the unit directly on-site. Machine downtime costs and timeframes are therefore reduced.

Traditional infrastructure costs are also eliminated: with our Flash Battery lithium batteries, you can forget about recharging rooms, ventilation systems that remove gases released during charging and demineralisation plants for the water used to top up lead-acid batteries.

Thanks to the remote control system, each cycle of Flash Battery lithium batteries is checked day by day, optimising their management.

With the Flash Data Center, all the battery usage data is monitored and the portal can be viewed either by our technical assistance department or by the machine manufacturer.

The data on your Flash Battery lithium battery is analysed every day and the “Automatic Alert System” sends any warnings about faults or misuse by the user directly to our technical assistance centre.

Flash Battery incorporates the Flash Balancing System to guarantee our lithium batteries work properly. This electronic control system constantly monitors all the battery’s parameters to prevent any type of critical issues and to avoid sudden machine downtime.

Combined, high-power active and passive balancing enables special maintenance to be performed on-site, directly with the user, which saves shipping costs and prevents long waiting times.

And with an efficiency of 96%, the technology of Flash Battery lithium batteries can save up to 25% more than lead-acid batteries.
