IronRidge - Flat Roof Mounting System
Build strong and efficient solar arrays on flat roofs. IronRidge Tilt Mount supports a wide range of solar panel tilting angles, while also resisting the extreme wind and snow forces experienced over a building`s lifetime. The Tilt Mount System is listed to UL 2703, and compatible with most roof anchor products. Every component in the system is made with aluminum and stainless steel to ensure complete corrosion resistance.

Accommodating a wide range of module frame heights (30-48mm), each UFO bonds with the module frame and the rail to form a parallel bonding path that is repeated throughout the array.
XR Rails
XR Rails are the backbone of the solar array. Their unique curved profile increases structural strength and spanning capability, allowing for fewer roof penetrations and more cost-effective system designs.
Tilt Legs
Tilt Legs are available in multiple lengths to support a wide range of mounting angles. Kits include North & South legs, plus hardware for attaching to XR Rails.

Tilt Legs
Tilt Legs are available in multiple lengths to support a wide range of mounting angles. The Fixed Tilt Leg Kit includes a North & South Tilt Leg, plus hardware for attaching to XR Rails.
South Tilt Legs come assembled and feature angle indicator markings to simplify installation. North Tilt Legs consist of a slotted aluminum tube and a pivot bracket for full adjustability.

XR Rails are available in three targeted sizes: XR10, XR100 & XR1000. Each size supports specific design loads, while minimizing material costs. Depending on your location, there is an XR Rail to match.
The UFO (Universal Fastening Object) is a one-size-fits-all, single-piece fastener that quickly and securely bonds solar modules to XR Rails. It comes lubricated and assembled, with a sleek, low-profile design. Simply snapping on a Stopper Sleeve transforms the UFO into an end clamp.
The UFO is a part of the IronRidge Integrated Grounding System, which is listed to UL 2703 and eliminates the need for separate grounding hardware.
