The res-climate panel is a copper heat exchanger designed for the air conditioning of rooms and for the low temperature range as responsive surface heating and cooling for walls and ceilings. They are available in three variants – for cleaning (photo right), drywall module and as clay plaster module on woodchip board (see data below).

res-KlimaePanele releases pure heat radiation (infrared), which, when hits the body, generates a pleasant feeling of heat quickly and directly.
Thermal radiation is the most natural form of heat transfer. The sun precedes it: its rays directly warm everything where they hit and that is exactly what we do with our climate panels. That is why we call our res climate panels the “sunshine principle”.

Uniformly tempered walls and floors

The heat radiation of our climate panels meets walls, floors and furniture, which are thereby tempered and now also radiate mild heat. The result is a comfortable climate in the room without the air being heated or changed unpleasantly.

Thanks to the fast-responding copper heat exchanger, the liquid circulating in it absorbs very quickly absorbs heat from the room and transports it down. res climate panels avoid cold, dry drafts and noise, as are caused by the usual blowing in and circulation of cold air. Instead, by gently reducing room temperature, they create an climate, as is known from the refreshing forest walk on hot summer days.

res-KlimaePanele do not heat with convection heat – in contrast to conventional convection radiators or underfloor heating (with up to 40% convection). For this reason, neither room air including bacteria, mites and house dust is circulated, nor do they develop a feeling of pull or dryness on the skin and mucous membranes. This reduces the risk of colds and relieves allergy sufferers. The discreet “irradiation” of the floor acts as an indirect underfloor heating and avoids cold feet without burdening the blood vessels.

Due to their design and mode of action, res-climate panels prevent condensation and therefore health-contaminating mould formation.

Capillarity – favourable flow behaviour, optimum heat transfer

The effect of capillarity is known from the straw, in which liquid rises upwards against gravity. This effect is based on the surface tension between tube walls and liquid. We use this effect in res-climate panels for fast heat transport.
