Besides the vertical drive of the nozzle beam the fully-automatic system is equipped with another motor for the horizontal movement of the cleaning chassis.
The control unit of the cleaning system can either be attached as an island solution to the cooler or completely integrated into the central control of the heat exchanger.
Our latest control unit generation of JNW-cleaning systems is designed that single modules of the heat exchanger, depending on their degree of contamination, can be precisely approached and cleaned, controlled from the central control room of the plant. Operating staff on site at the cleaning system is no longer required for start, control and ending of the cleaning process.
The fully-automatic system is likewise guided in rails and delivered with all necessary equipment items such as rail system, high-pressure pump, high-pressure hoses, cables and controller (including PLC).
