GCT Steam Flares

The GBA GCT series flare tip is a robust and flexible design that is routinely used on refinery and chemical plant duty. It`s principal means of steam injection is via the upper manifold. This uses a number of injector nozzles located on a manifold positioned around the tip circumference to inject steam at high pressure directly into the flame. This is supplemented by a centre steam nozzle located within the tip body. The GBA GCT flare tip provides a good all-round solution for most low pressure smokeless flare applications. The GCT incorporates several features that greatly enhance service life
