HHH EquipmentModel A7 -Glass Bending Furnace

SHARE

The A7 Glass Bending Furnace is engineered for producing J- and R-shaped tempered glass, making it suitable for diverse applications such as bus side windows, shower stalls, architecture, furniture, and appliances. It features flexible shaft arc-forming technology and dual-side rollers which function concomitantly for seamless glass motion and precise arc shaping. The furnace offers synchronous and asynchronous arc-adjusting modes for creating varied glass forms, and boasts minimized arc radius by employing upper and lower quench walls pressing together, with a minimum arc radius of 350 mm. The furnace accommodates glass widths ranging from 24 to 78 inches and thicknesses of 5 to 8 mm. Its production capacity reaches 15 batches per hour, making it an efficient solution for high-volume glass bending needs. The resulting bend types include jumbo-J, small J, uniform R, and unbalanced R shapes, catering to a wide and versatile range of industrial requirements.
