Uzelac - Green Biomass Suspension Burner

• Proven to out perform all ‘bed’ and ‘pile’ type burner designs

The Burner consists of the following:

• Lower Burner Assembly (LBA), with mounted Green-Fire Burner, Full Factory Installed and fully-cured refractory lining, consisting of 4” castable insulating refractory, and 9” high-temperature furnace refractory.
• Upper Burner Assembly (UBA), Full Factory Installed and fully-cured refractory lining, consisting of 4” castable insulating refractory, and 9” high-temperature furnace refractory. This unit also contains the refractory choke ring for furnace retention and burn-chamber encapsulation.
• Recycle Burner Assembly (RBA), for 99.9% VOC Destruction.

The intent would be to recycle up to 50% of the dryer exhaust back to the Recycle Burner Assembly for a 99.9% VOC destruction!
