Heat Exchanger

To cool the flue gases before the fine filter, the complex provides a water-tube heat exchanger. Flue gases passing in the intertubular space of the heat exchanger give off thermal energy to water, which is used for hot water supply to the crematorium. To clean the heating surfaces, a blower is installed in the heat exchanger; compressed air is used as a blowing inhibitor. In the absence of consumers of hot water, thermal energy is released into the atmosphere due to the air cooler unit. Distribution of hot water flow between consumers is carried out automatically in an individual heating point. The equipment cladding is made of stainless steel.
