Heat Treatment Process

Types of heat treatment carried out in our suppliers’ facilities:

• Quenching & Tempering
• Isothermal Annealing

Process capability is maintained by monitoring temperature-time graphics recorded by automatic measures from different points of the furnaces.

After heat treatment process, destructive and non-destructive tests are performed at metallography laboratory to check conformity.

We use traceability codes to guarantee that the heat treatment charges are not mixed up.
