Silgrain - Model HQ -High Purity Silicon Powder
Silgrain® HQ is a high purity silicon powder with an iron content less than 0.05%. Our Silgrain® HQ quality is produced by performing an additional purification step after our unique Silgrain® process.

ApplicationThe main applications for Silgrain® HQ are as raw material in the production of fillers for epoxy in electronics, as alloying element in aluminium and as raw material in the ceramic industry. Silgrain® HQ is especially used in areas where high purity is needed.
SizesThe typical size of Silgrain® HQ is 0.2-0.8 mm. Our Silgrain® HQ 0.2-0.8 mm has a very low content of fines. Particle size distributions can be supplied upon request.
PackingSilgrain® HQ can be delivered in 1000 kg big bags. Other non-standard packaging on request.
