Heatlift - Model HW -High-Temperature Heat Pump for Industrial Hot Water Decarbonization
The Heatlift HW is an advanced high-temperature heat pump specifically designed for applications in district heating and industrial sectors. Its primary function is to decarbonize hot water production by utilizing waste heat from industrial processes. This waste heat, often lost into the environment through sources such as cooling loops, humid air, and flue gas condensation, is captured and converted by the heat pump. Heatlift HW employs a high-efficiency centrifugal compressor to elevate the temperature of this waste to produce hot water and superheated water up to 210°C. This water can then be used in industrial processes or district heating networks, offering an efficient alternative to traditional fossil fuel boilers. This system promises significant energy and cost savings by potentially reducing final energy consumption by up to four times. Furthermore, replacing fossil fuel boilers with these pumps could substantially cut CO₂ emissions by tenfold. The Heatlift HW integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures, optimizing production and supporting a sustainable transition towards greener energy solutions.
Heatlift HW is a high-temperature heat pump specially engineered for district heating and industrial applications aimed at decarbonizing hot water production by upcycling process waste heat.
This heat pump upcycles waste heat from the industrial processes using it, such as cooling loops, humid air and flue gas condensation, direct process cooling, or any other ambient and industrial resource that typically dissipate into the environment.
