Higher Wire - 48 Volt 50Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) Server Rack Batteries
Darfon Solar 2.4kWh 48 volt LiFePO4 server rack batteries. These came in for electronics/BMS issues and likely no longer communicate. They`ve been fully tested and are all dead on at 50 Ah per cell-string! They have IFR26650 cells in them.
These are sized for a typical 18.5" server rack and 3U (5.25") height. These are smart batteries with RS232 and CAN communication as well as two pairs of Amphenol HVSP-0R6-MHX connectors for power transmission. Part of their B12LF series rack system.
There is one outlier that is 2U (2.5") height and has what appear to be prismatic cells. We haven`t disassembled to check, though.
NOTE: We have two server racks for sale for those local to our Phoenix-area shop. Please contact us if you are interested to purchase together. We can install the batteries into the rack(s). Each rack can hold 6 batteries for 14.4kWh of storage.
