The ISOTEST act P2 In-plant Holiday Detector System is designed for thorough inspection of industrial pipe coatings, including FBE and 3 layer PE/PP. It operates with test voltages from 2.5 kV to 25.0 kV, providing flexibility in detecting holidays and other coating damages. Its multi-channel capability supports up to 6 test channels configured in master/slave mode, and it is powered by a wide range voltage supply (100-240 VAC or 90-375 VDC). The system ensures high operational reliability with continuous operation across three shifts, stabilizing test voltage through load-dependent regulation. Indications of porosity and operational alerts are documented via display indications and potential-free contacts. The ISOTEST act P2 maintains compliance with all relevant safety and EMC standards, including DIN EN, ISO, and DVGW.
