Bicker - Model IUPS-401 -Integrated UPS for 230 VAC Networks
With the IUPS-401 for 230 VAC networks, which has been tried and tested a thousand times over, you protect yourself against data loss and expensive downtimes in the event of a power failure. The IUPS-401 (Internal Uninterruptible Power Supply) is either integrated into the housing of the industrial PC or mounted in the control cabinet with the optionally available PSZ-1087 metal holder. The connection to the computer system is made via USB interface and UPS management software, which shuts down and switches off the computer in the event of a long power failure.
Power failures and strong voltage fluctuations in the supply network can quickly become a problem for IPC and embedded systems and cause costly failures or even data loss. It doesn`t have to be! With our integrable UPS (uninterruptible power supply) you get a reliable and convenient solution for 5.25" installation or installation in the control cabinet. In the event of undervoltage, overvoltage or a complete power failure, the IUPS takes over the supply of the connected system a controlled shutdown of the computer.
In addition, disturbing and dangerous overvoltages, transients and voltage surges are effectively filtered in mains operation by the internal filter. The destruction of important data and hardware damage is prevented and thus extends the life of the system.
Flexible system integration and changeable front panel
The AC UPS with built-in rechargeable battery (400VA/240W) is prepared for 5.25" installation and forms a space-saving and compact unit with the secured computer system. In addition, the white standard front panel can be easily removed against the also supplied black front panel - suitable to the housing color of your IPC system..
Reboot function
What happens if the mains voltage returns during a system shutdown? The computer does not restart automatically! With the reboot function, the IUPS-401 initially automatically switches the industrial PC off and then on again automatically after the shutdown time of approx. 30 seconds. The reboot function is particularly important for applications that have to restart safely after a power failure without user intervention, for example in self-sufficient or difficult to access applications.
Load sensor
The internal load sensor automatically checks whether a load (computer) is connected to the output. Without load and without mains input voltage, the IUPS-401 switches off automatically within approx. 20 seconds and thus protects the integrated battery against unnecessary discharge. When the correct mains voltage returns, the IUPS switches on again automatically, so that the downstream load is supplied with the mains voltage.
UPSilon UPS management software included
The UPS management software is used for communication between the UPS and the PC system (Windows® 7, 8, 10, Server 2012/2016/2019). The intuitive user interface enables the monitoring and visualization of the power supply and battery status as well as the individual setting of all important parameters for normal or UPS operation.
The data connection to the IPC system takes place via integrated USB interface. The shutdown function can be set individually so that the PC is shut down in a defined manner and then the UPS is switched off. If required, warning messages can be sent via email.
Optional wall bracket PSZ-1087 available
The optionally available PSZ-1087 metal bracket is ideal for wall or control cabinet mounting of the IUPS-401 and is securely attached with four screws. This means that the IUPS-401 can also be used for compact box and DIN rail PCs.
