KSENG - High Strength Carbon Steel Solar Panel Ground Rack System

The High Strength Carbon Steel Solar Panel Ground Rack System is designed for use in solar plants, particularly for ground-mounted installations. Manufactured from Zn-Al-Mg coated steel or Q235B carbon steel, this system offers a 10-year warranty and a service life of up to 25 years. It has high wind and snow load capacities, 216 km/h and 1.4 kN/m² respectively, making it suitable for various environmental conditions. The system's components are pre-assembled at Kseng's factory, reducing on-site installation time and costs. Additionally, all parts are anodized for enhanced corrosion resistance. The system is versatile, allowing for installation on flat or uneven ground, supported by either screw or concrete foundations, and complies with standards like AS/NZS 1170 and JISC8955-2017. It accommodates both framed and frameless solar modules in either portrait or landscape orientations. Maintenance mainly involves regular inspections for the carbon steel supports to prevent rust, although the concrete piers need minimal upkeep.
