Emergency Rebuilds: KTI specializes in the emergency repair of fire damaged units. Our worldwide procurement network allows KTI to rapidly source and fabricate materials. KTI provides around-the-clock material sourcing, engineering, fabrication, expediting, transportation, field construction and start-up assistance. KTI has rebuilt entire furnaces in as little as four weeks.
LoNOx Burner Retrofits: KTI has years of applied expertise with the latest generation LoNOx burners. KTI has installed LoNOx burners in every type of service and every type of heater configuration. Burner spacing and orientation within the fire box are critical to a successful retrofit. KTI utilizes advanced CFD modeling techniques to insure proper flue gas recirculation is achieved to all the burners. Process side impacts are closely evaluated to ensure that the new burners do not adversely impact unit production.
