MingjiangModel SCL Series -Longer Barrel Copper Tube Lugs With One Hole

SHARE

The SCL series cable lugs are designed for heavy duty, for grounding structures and equipment both indoors and outdoors and for medium voltage applications up to 35kV. SCL series terminals are made from high purity Copper tube with a purity greater than 99.9%, and are annealed. They feature a double length barrel for enhanced electrical and mechanical performance in heavy duty applications. The absence of an inspection hole prevents the entry of water or moisture into the crimped joint making these terminals suitable for outdoor applications. The terminals are electrolytically Tin plated to prevent atmospheric corrosion.

Strong and durable:
SCL copper tube lugs are made from high-grade copper material which is strong and durable enough to withstand extreme temperatures and environments.

Better conductivity:
The longer barrel design of SCL copper tube lugs provides better conductivity compared to shorter barrel lugs. This ensures the effective flow of current through the lug, reducing the likelihood of device failure.

Multiple wiring:
SCL copper tube lugs with one hole are designed to accommodate multiple wires, making installation easier and reducing time spent on wiring.

TL Series Copper Tube Crimping Lugs are widely used in cable connections in the State Grid. State Grid is China`s state-owned electric utility company and is responsible for the transmission and distribution of electricity throughout the country. The TL Series Copper Tube Crimping Lugs offer numerous advantages in cable connections, including secure connections, low resistance, high durability, easy installation, versatility, safety, and high-temperature tolerance. These advantages make the TL Series Copper Tube Crimping Lugs an ideal solution for cable connections in the State Grid and other power transmission and distribution systems. As a result, they are widely used in various parts of the world, including China, where State Grid is the largest user of electricity and electricity transmission services.
