The incineration products are subject to thermal utilization with three-stage flue gases cleaning in the following modules:

Secondary chamber of the incinerator: the most complete destruction of organic compounds and oxidation of incineration products

1. The hydraulic trolley with the biomaterial in the box (case) is raised to the level of the platform by means of a tail lift.
2. By means of the mechanism of the hydraulic trolley the biomaterial is loaded into the cremation furnace.
3. Cremation is carried out in the primary chamber at a temperature of 850-1100 ° C. During cremation, air is being continuously supplied to intensify the process.
4. Heating and maintaining the required temperature in the cremation furnace is carried out using a liquid fuel burner running on diesel fuel.
5. In the secondary chamber of the cremation furnace, there is a complete destruction of organic matter and oxidation of cremation products at a temperature of 1200 ° C for about 2.5 seconds.
6. The flue gases passing through the air cooler are cooled to a temperature of 100-200 ° C and enter the bag filter, where they are cleaned from suspended dust particles to a residual concentration of not more than 0.01 g / m3.
7. The flue gases in the adsorption filter are cleaned of gaseous toxins and polyaromatic compounds (odors).
8. Cleaned and cooled flue gases are emitted into the atmosphere by the i.d.fan.
