Model DSV -Sand Island

The Sand Island is an 80′ by 25′ dive support vessel that berths 12 people. The vessel is powered by twin Cummins engines with a combined 700 horsepower. It has the capacity to make efficient crossings in the Cook Inlet Basin against extreme tidal currents. This allows shorter run times between tasks and can reduce travel times. The vessel also supports a deep diving air system and hydraulic tool support. It has enough deck space to support additional equipment as needed. The vessel is moored in Anchorage, AK.
