Model WNS -Fire Tube Boiler
As the subproject of high efficient and green boiler in the World Bank Group`s GEF Program, each technical index of WNS series oil and gas fired boiler has reached the world advanced level. WNS series boiler is fast-assembly installation boiler and it mainly consists of boiler proper, interconnecting flue, burner, steam&water system, meters, economizer and condenser (optional). It has the advantages such as clean combustion, no pollution in the emission, easy operation, high output and so on.
Application:
WNS series gas & oil fired boiler is mainly used in hospital, school, swimming pool, pharmaceutical factory, package plant, architectural material industry, food industry, textile dyeing and printing industry, clothing industry and other industries.
- The large combustion chamber ensures the fuel fully burned and the NOx emission is less than 35mg/m3.
- Adopts advanced corrugated furnace to increase heat transfer area and satisfy the free expansion of the furnace after being heated.
- The smoke tube adopts thread structure to improve heat transfer effectiveness.
- Adopts wet-back structure with butt weld to improve the reliability and reduce the maintenance cost.
- Various protection functions ensure the boiler’s safe and reliable operation.
