Just the wayI want it. Heating with logs is unbeatably affordable. It does not harm the climate, it strengthens the domestic economy and it is crisis-proof as wood is plentyfull in Europe. Heating with pellets is conveniently fully automatic. With the ETA Twin you can switch between both systems. The changeover from one combustion chamber to another is fully automatic. A modern log boiler is highly effective. Normally, you only have to add fuel once a day, on very cold days maybe twice. But a log boiler can never run fully automatically.
Affordable and convenient
ETA has the ideal solution for those who want to use extremely affordable wood fuel and still want to enjoy the full benefits of fully automated comfort. The ETA TWIN consists of two fully-fledged boilers that perfectly complement each other. The ETA SH log boiler can be ordered with a flange to which a fully automated pellet boiler can be easily connected – years later without converting the heating system or the chimney connection.
Intelligent system
Both boilers of the ETA TWIN work together perfectly. It lets you know if the fuel runs out in the log boiler. If no fuel is added over a freely selectable time period, the pellet boiler automatically starts working – until you add fuel again to the log boiler. So your home stays warm even if you are not there for some time.
Two combustion chambers, one device
Automatically switching from one system to another is so easy because the TWIN consists of a fully-fledged wood gasifier and a fully-fledged pellet burner. Both devices are perfectly adapted to their respective combustion materials: a patented hotzone combustion chamber ensures a particularly thorough burn-out in the log boiler. And with the aid of a lambda probe the boiler automatically adapts the supply air to the current wood quality. This achieves the best possible heating output from any wood. The lambda probe detects the suitability of the combustion material in the pellet burner too. In both devices, efficient systems ensure problem-free cleaning and de-ashing. That`s comfort and money saved!
