Tecno Panamac - Model SL-RBR - Photovoltaic Robots for Cell String Reversal
The SunLine SL-R robots are engineered for the critical task of reversing cell strings produced by stringers in photovoltaic systems. These robots are designed to seamlessly integrate into existing manufacturing lines, accommodating both Tecno Panamac and third-party machines. The system automates string centering via a sophisticated robotic arm equipped with suction devices, powered by an energy-efficient generator. This allows precise handling and placement of cell strings onto glass feeder panels, optimizing efficiency and accuracy in the manufacturing process. The work island includes essential security devices and protective nets, adhering strictly to CE regulations to ensure safety and compliance. Robots – layout stringers is the system act to reverse the string of cells produced by stringer.
The versatility of the products Tecno Panamac allows complete integration of this layout system even on machines / lines by other manufacturers. At the exit of stringer becomes necessary to reverse the string. This is done by TIPPER SunLine SL-R. Using them you run the automatic centering of the string so that the axis robot, equipped with suckers bounce and fed by a generator, energy saving, can pick up the string to perform the centering-cell panel. With this system you can take two strings from different sources and then deposited on the point of panel layout arranged on “ glass feeder”.
This work island is equipped with the security devices and guard net according to current CE regulations.
